Great runner exercises

I have found that these exercises (below) are some fantastic exercises for runners to do to keep the joints and muscles primed to run.  I have added a few other exercises to these to work a few other muscles.  1. Push-ups (20 reps), 2. Pull-ups (10 reps), 3. Dips (20 reps), 4. Crunches (100 reps), and 5. Running Arms (50 reps per arm).  I do all of these routines when I'm doing my strength workout.  I also do the "Lunge Warm-up" before I run (as long as I have time that morning).
